PPM OS supports CSV import for projects, tasks and budgets. The REST API (available on Professional and Enterprise plans) also lets you push data programmatically from any existing system.
When you trigger an assessment on a project, PPM OS sends your project metadata — name, status, budget, task completion rate and existing logged risks — to the Claude AI API. The result is a structured markdown report stored in your project record. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Yes. PPM OS is developed by Sycron B.V., a company based in the Netherlands. All data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. Enterprise customers can choose between NL and DE data residency.
