1. Service

PPMos™ provides PPM OS as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). By using PPM OS you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

2. Account and access

• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials
• You may not share your account with third parties outside your organisation
• You must be at least 18 years old or acting on behalf of a legal entity
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms

3. Intellectual property

PPM OS and the GROTIK methodology are the property of PPMos™. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform.

4. Payment and subscription

• All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before the end date
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly
• Payments are processed via Stripe; we never store card data
• Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law

5. Limitation of liability

PPMos™'s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages or lost profits.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
